When Your Porcupine Feels Prickly

In this delightful book, 22 of Kathy DeZarn Beynettes bright and joyous animal paintings are paired with poems about the creatures portrayed. Sweetly hilarious and unfailingly kind, the poems model good manners based on respect, empathy, and compassiongently imparted life lessons that extend naturally to the human world and its inevitable quirks and foibles. Infused with the artists passion for animals, art, and the written word, When Your Porcupine Feels Prickly will be treasured by children and adults alike. When your porcupine feels prickly, dont assume that she is sickly. Our vet told us not to worry: porcupines are never furry.
