A quick and user friendly diagnostic reference on Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology for the Hospital Pathologists.This atlas is designed to offer a guide for surgical pathologists in the interpretation of oral-maxillofacial incisional and excisional biopsy specimens. The defining diagnostic histopathological features are presented for each entity. Special stains and immunohistochemical stains are included where indicated. For each topic the most common entities are presented followed by less common and rare lesions. Diagnostic pitfalls are also given. After each major topic an abbreviated current list of references will be given.
